ScoopDeal runs time-bound referral competitions. Paying ₹1 gives you a valid entry into the selected competition—this is not a product purchase. The prize is awarded per rules when the competition ends and conditions are met.

Yes. We use Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your card/UPI details are processed securely on Razorpay systems—not stored on our servers.

The leaderboard ranks participants by valid referrals (and any tie-breakers defined per competition). Winners are verified and may be required to submit ID/address proof as per KYC norms.

If the collected sum does not meet the specified target, entries for that competition are refunded to the original payment method as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Unless specifically stated, you can have only one entry per user per competition.

Some public stats are masked until you sign up and log in. This helps reduce spam and protects participant privacy while keeping the competition transparent for registered users.

After winner verification, dispatch is typically within 7–14 working days. Tracking details are shared when available. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

Email support@scoopdeal.shop with your registered phone/email, competition name, entry date, and Razorpay order/payment IDs. Refunds, when approved, are processed back to the original source.

After joining, share your unique referral link. When friends sign up and enter the same competition through your link, they count as valid referrals subject to fraud checks.
